Capturing the love story of Noelle and Mikel was a photographer's dream come true. I got to know this edgy and beautiful couple when I shot their engagement session a few weeks before the wedding. They chose the picturesque St. Eugene Golf Resort in Cranbrook, BC, as the backdrop for their special day. From the breathtaking views to the lively reception, every moment was filled with love, laughter, and a few unexpected surprises. The aesthetic was a mixture of Western Gothic meets Retro 70’s.

The day began with the girls getting ready in the honeymoon suite, adorned in matching robes. Noelle's vibrant personality shone through as she effortlessly prepared to say "I do." It was evident from the start that this wedding would be nothing short of spectacular.

Noelle opted for a dress reveal with the bridesmaids and a first look with her dad, both moments filled with tears of joy.

The ceremony was held against the stunning backdrop of St. Eugene Golf Resort, with the bride and groom exchanging heartfelt vows. The first time Mikel laid eyes on Noelle was a highlight, showcasing just how much he adores her.

Following the ceremony, guests were greeted with warmth and joy, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening. One of the groomsmen was definitely giving comedian energy.

The highlight of the night was the after party, where the dancing got wild and the vibes were high. Despite the dark, we managed to sneak out for a couple of last photos.
